    For those who are not passport holders, please fill out the application form AFTER your passport is issued.

  • 本人符合「東吳大學 114 學年度秋季班外國學生申請入學招生簡章」有關各學系入學「報名資格」之規定。日後如經審核發現報考資格不符或繳交之表件不全而遭退件，致無法報名時，概由本人自行負責。
    I am qualified to apply for admission as regulated in "Soochow University 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Enrollment Guide for International Students”. Soochow University may deny my application if I am found unqualified or the documents I provide are not complete.
  • 本人確定報考貴校招生考試，將依規定上網登錄個人報名基本資料後，按招生簡章規定辦理報名及繳費事宜。
    I hereby apply for the admission of Soochow University, and I will follow the instruction in the enrollment guide to proceed and pay the admission fee after filling the application form online.
  • 本人填載之任何事項及繳交之任何文件，倘有不實者，願受取銷報考資格、不予錄取及（或）退學之處分，沒有異議。如貴校對於本人填載之學歷及（或）繳交之學歷文件有任何疑義，得要求於指定期限內提供其他證明文件以供查驗，惟若未能於期限內提出其他證明文件，則視為本人同意貴校以個人資料向原學校或其他機關進行查驗。
    I hereby agree to be disqualified of admission, denied application and/or flunked out of school if the information and documents I provide are false. Soochow University may request me to provide other certification/documents for further review in specific period if the school records and/or corresponding documents I provide are in doubt. If I fail to provide such documents in time, I agree that Soochow University may use my personal information to verify my qualification by contacting the school I attended and other related organizations.
  • 本人同意報名所填各項資料，依據「個人資料保護法」等相關法令規定為貴校必要之資訊應用處理相關事宜（如審查、面試等試務作業需求）。
    I hereby agree that the information I provide for admission to be processed by Soochow University for what is necessary for the admission in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • 申請表填寫後，請與其他招生簡章規定繳交資料於報名期限前上傳系統，逾期不予受理。
    After filling out the application form, please to upload all the required documents. Please note that applications procedure after the deadline will not be accepted.
東吳大學基於「辦理招生作業」、「學生資料管理」、「推廣資料寄送」、「統計分析」等目的，本校須蒐集考生的各項識別類、特徵類、特殊身分類、健康紀錄(申請特殊應考服務者)、兵役類、學習經歷類、工作情形類、聯絡人資訊、低收入戶證明等個資(須請考生提供證明文件，詳見簡章)作為招生作業期間及地區內的資格審核、安排考試、公告榜單、招生聯繫、資料寄送之用。考生可依法行使請求查詢、閱覽、補充、更正；請求提供複製本；請求停止蒐集、處理、利用；請求刪除個人資料等權利，請洽本校招生委員會，聯絡電話：02-28819471 轉 6062～6069（註：如未完整提供資料，將無法完成本次報名，或影響考生資格審查、特殊考試服務、招生聯繫、成績送達等 權益）。
On the propose of “admission application”, “student data administration”, “information/documents sending”, “statistics and analysis”, Soochow University(hereinafter as “we”) would collect your personal information such as “Types of identification”, “Types of characteristic”, “Type of special identity”, “Health records (if applying for special service of examination)”, “Conscription”, “Schools record”, “Employment experiences “, “Emergency contact information”, “Finance(Low income household certification)”. Some certification documents would be needed, please see the enrollment guide. We would use your information to review your qualification, arrange the exam, announce the admission list, make contact for admission matters, and send you admission/course information during the admission period in the territory of Taiwan(R.O.C). You can exercise the following rights by contacting the admission board (+886-228819471 ext.6062-6069): “any inquiry and request for a review of the personal information”, “any request to make duplications of the personal information”, “any request to supplement or correct the personal information”, “any request to discontinue collection, processing or use of personal information”, “any request to delete the personal information”. (Please note that if the information/documents are not complete, your application may be invalid, or it might affect your rights of qualification review, special service of examination, admission contact, and the sending of the result.)
